While raising children can be rewarding, it can also be tough. I help children and families deal with transitions and change of all kinds. I have worked for decades helping children, teens, and young adults face challenges associated with trauma, depression, anxiety, and family stressors by conquer negative thinking, regulating emotional responses, and communicating more effectively.

It’s the first step, hardest step and most important step. I believe that we all have the power to heal ourselves and when we heal ourselves we can heal for a lifetime. Cracks can be fixed before they make us crumble. Taking time for ourselves to heal is something that we forget to do. Talk- therapy can help you find your way to fixing the cracks, not just with tape, but with the glue that will continue to hold and heal for a lifetime. Self-care is an important part of life and when we forget self-care our body does it for us. This shows itself in the form of low-motivation and Netflix binging for hours. Take control of your self-care and make it purposeful to fill your cup. Filling your cup should be normalized.
